Open Box Delivery
To provide you with the best experience, we offer open box delivery. This means you can inspect the product before accepting it. If the product is damaged or defective, we will accept a return immediately. You also have the option to return the product if it is in good condition, directly at the time of delivery.

How to Return a Product

  • Inspect on Delivery: When your order arrives, inspect the product right away to ensure it is in good condition.
  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is damaged or defective, inform the delivery driver immediately and request a return.
  • Good Condition Product: If you simply wish to return the product (in good condition) at the time of delivery, you may do so, and we will arrange for a return and replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Products
Some products may be marked as non-returnable. Please refer to the product details carefully before placing your order. These products will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, or if you wish to return it in good condition at the time of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind after the product has been delivered and accepted.

Replacement or Refund
